Lack of workstations
One of the most frustrating issues is the lack of computers available to students in schools and community facilities. It is sad to say something like this in 2008, but it is true. In a small town like ours, there are 5 networked PCs available in the public library and the high school has two computer rooms and a couple of pods around the building. With a big drive to get teachers to use ICT as a mode of delivery, this is just not enough. Those that were excited to use the "new" technology are now becomming despondent as they do not have access to the available computers. How do you get around this problem if the available money is just not enough?
